Born and raised in Helena, MT, Jann Petek has worked as a social worker for Catholic Social Services of Montana for the past two and a half years. With 35 years of experience in adoption and family support, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organization.
In her role at CSSM, Jann is the primary social worker for central Montana. She serves birth mothers and adoptive couples from Dillon, Butte, Helena, Great Falls, Havre, Bozeman, Lewistown, and everywhere in between. She counsels birth mothers, writes home studies, and helps license potential adoptive couples. For Jann, the greatest reward in her work comes when she sees newly adoptive families form and each child end up in a good and loving home.
While Jann usually stays very busy between her work with CSSM and a part time role at Intermountain, she does enjoy reading books and doing puzzles when she finds some quiet time in her day.
